El gobierno provincial de Ontario ha propuesto un enfoque de dos fases para introducir cambios importantes en la selección de candidatos para la residencia permanente. En la segunda fase, el OINP eliminaría todas las demás líneas existentes e introduciría tres nuevas categorias: Etapa 1: Nueva vía de Ofertas de Empleo La nueva vía propuesta para Ofertas de Empleo incluiría dos vías independientes: una para ocupaciones de nivel 0-3 de la Clasificación Nacional de Ocupaciones (NOC), Formación, Educación, Experiencia y Responsabilidad (TEER), y otra para ocupaciones de nivel 4-5 de la TEER. Vía TEER 0-3 La vía TEER 0-3 se dirigiría a trabajadores cualificados y priorizaría a candidatos que ya se encuentran en Canadá con cualificaciones avanzadas.
